Startup Weekend Stuttgart: park2load

Vergangenes Wochenende fand das zweite Startup Weekend Stuttgart statt. In den Räumlichkeiten der Macromedia Hochschule im Römerkastell trafen sich Gründungswillige, Gründer, Interessierte, Ideengeber usw. um Ideen zu entwickeln und daran im Team zu arbeiten, um dann letztendlich zu sehen wie weit das Ganze gehen kann – auch nach dem Wochenende.

Nach dem die Ideen vorgestellt wurden, und ich mich für meinen Favorite entschieden hatte, fand ich mich in einem Team mit sechs weiteren Jungs wieder. Idee ist ein Mobility-Konzept zu E-Fahrzeugen, welches kurz gefasst zum Ziel hat, dem Fahrer eines Elektro-Fahrrads/-Rollers/-Autos einen Überblick über Ladestationen auf der einen Seite, und auf der anderen Seite eine Möglichkeit den eigenen Stellplatz zu vermieten, bietet. Da steckt natürlich noch einiges mehr dahinter, was meiner Meinung nach sehr sehr viel Potenzial bietet. Wir werden da auch erstmal dranbleiben und kucken wohin uns dies führen kann. Über die Tage haben wir uns eher auf die Ausarbeitung des Geschäftsmodells gekümmert, als einen vorzeigbaren Dummy einer App oder einer Webplattform zu entwickeln. Mit Rainer, unserem Captain und dem guten Andy von Perfect Match Marketing hab ich mich verstärkt um das Business Model und das Marketing gekümmert.
Ergebnis: (quasi) zweiter Platz: Beste Präsentation! Wow. Cool. Und warum die Präse, neben dem Konzept, so geil war, sieht man u.a. hier.
An dieser Stelle Danke an die Jungs von unserem Team, hat super viel Spaß gemacht. Das hat sich gelohnt.

Alle anderen Ergebnisse spare ich mir an dieser Stelle, denn wer interessiert ist, findet da schon die entsprechenden Quellen :)
Alles in allem super Veranstaltung, super Orga, Essen sehr gut, Räume auch, die Teams/Teilnehmer waren alle sehr nett und engagiert und die Ergebnisse dementsprechend richtig gut. Und mit unserem Erfolg und den 300 Euro Preisgeld hat sich das natürlich mehrfach gelohnt. Park2load ist momentan der (Arbeits-)Titel. Auch wenn es sich oft eher anfühlt wie bei HP in der Start-up-Garage und nicht wie im sonnen- und kapitalverwöhnten Silicon Valley - eine lebendige Gründerszene mit Unterstützung einer öffentlichen Wirtschaftsinitiative bildet die Keimzelle einer nachhaltigen Start-up-Kultur. Deshalb wollen wir uns heute anschauen, was Sie tun können, um ökonomischer Eigeninitiative einen geeigneten Brutkasten zu bieten.

Coworking GD

Im Februar startete, nach längerem Hin-und-Her, ob-und-ob-nicht und schließlich einem Ich-mach-jetzt-einfach-mal, das Projekt “Coworking GD”.

Ich brauche ein Büro in Gmünd. Und da es bisher kein “Gemeinschaftsbüro” in Gmünd gibt, ich mich nicht irgendwo einmieten wollte und einen guten Standort im Auge hatte, starte ich das einfach mal. So als Basis. Für weiteres. Es ist einfach was anderes wie Home-Office. Hat zwar nicht nur Vorteile, aber für die Arbeit klar besser. Für mich. Für andere hoffentlich auch :)

Das wachsende Interesse an Social Media hat längst auch KMU, Kleinstunternehmen und Selbständige erreicht. Auffällig sind zwei immer wiederkehrende Fragen in den Erstgesprächen: Woher soll eigentlich die Zeit dafür kommen? Und wie reagiert man auf öffentlich geäußerte Kritik? Da beide Fragen vor allem die Ängste der Interessierten widerspiegeln, gerät der erwartete Nutzen oftmals etwas aus dem Fokus.
